Paying Online

PARENTPAY is an online secure payment and information system for parents to pay for school visits/trips and revision resources using their Credit or Debit Card.

Parents have a secure online account accessed via www.parentpay.com, activated using a unique username and password which you will receive via a letter when your child starts at Ridgewood.  

Before you begin to activate your account you will need an active email address – this will be used for account verification and login purposes. You will be prompted to change the activation username and password to your email address and own memorable password. Please keep these safe and secure as you will use these in the future to log in to your account. If you have more than one child at our School or children at other ParentPay schools, you can create a single account login for all your children. 

At the start of the academic year all parents/guardians receive Usernames and Passwords to access this online payment system (www.parentpay.com).  You can pay by Credit or Debit Card and the account is credited in ‘real time’.

Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away. 

If you have lost your activation letter or have not received it please contact the School for a copy.

The school will action refunds on a termly basis, these refunds will be paid into you ParentPay account
